SYMPOSIUM VENUE

During the Symposium there will be a registration and information desk.
Facilities will be available for late registrations, hotel reservations, telephone calls, tours, choice of local restaurants.
The Organizing Committee cannot accept any liability. Participants and exhibiting companies must take their own arrangements with respect to health, travel and other insurances. The Organizers cannot assume liability for changes in the program due to unforeseen circumstances.

During the Symposium, a help desk will be open at the Corum from Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock until the closing ceremony on Wednesday afternoon. Calls for delegates will be received during the opening periods at the following number :

REGISTRATION

 Registration is achieved by returning the registration form together with the correct payment to the Symposium Secretariat.
The individual accommodation form should be sent directly to the Corum (see address on the form).

Full registration :

2 000 FRF (before January 10, 2000) ; 2 300 FRF (after January, 10, 2000).

Student registration :

1 000 FRF (before January 10, 2000) ; 1 200 FRF (after January, 10, 2000).

A written confirmation of the student status must be provided by the supervisor.
Payments by credit cards cannot be accepted.
Bank transfers in FRF only to:

The name and address of the participant(s) should be mentioned on each bank transfer.
Please inform your bank that the transfer fees must be paid by the issuer.
In case of check payment a copy of the registration form should be joined to the check.
On receipt of the registration form and registration fee, a confirmation letter will be sent (please provide e-mail address if available).
Presentation of this letter at the registration desk will entitle the participants to receive all documents and a personal badge. A certificate of participation will be provided upon request.
The full registration fee entitles the delegate entrance to all scientific sessions, the industrial forum and the technical exhibition, a copy of the Final Program, a list of participants, the Abstracts in Luminescence special issue, the get-together party (Sunday, May 14), coffee-breaks during the Symposium.
